ABOUT US
Centre Rehab was formed out of a need to be able to treat patients in a new way. Without the corporate requirement to see a patient every 30 minutes, I am able to make sure my patients get what they need out of their sessions. Centre Rehab is about providing patients choices—choices to have longer treatment sessions to take the necessary time to ask the questions you need answered. I provide you a choice to seek physical therapy services at a more affordable price.
My main goal is making sure my patients are taken care of, educated on available treatment options, and empowered to choose the plan of care that best aligns with their individual needs. We have the time to talk about your goals for therapy and plan a path to achieve those goals at Centre Rehab.
ABOUT THE THERAPISTS
LISA LAHR, PT, DPT
My name is Lisa Lahr, and I have been a physical therapist for 15 years. I grew up between Greenwald and Elrosa and graduated from Melrose High School. I attended the University of St. Catherine in St. Paul where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a kid, I always knew I wanted to live in a rural setting and that living in the city was not for me. Fortunately, I met my husband, Aaron, who is a country boy and a graduate of Sauk Centre High School, and we are blessed to raise our family in our home outside of Sauk Centre.

I have a passion for treating all things related to the body and have enjoyed my 15 years in the rural hospital setting for that reason, as I was able to get valuable experience in all areas. I now bring that knowledge to my own clinic. I have spent most of my years working with the outpatient population, whether that was rehab after a surgery like a knee replacement, treating neck and back pain, or working on shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. I also enjoy helping young athletes return to sports and practice exercises and skills to prevent reoccurrence of their injuries.

I have taken advanced training in pelvic health, and I enjoy helping men and women that are having issues with urgency, incontinence, bowel issues, and pelvic pain. I have a special place in my heart for the pregnant and post-partum population, as well. Additionally, I have advanced training in wound care and will be sitting for my board certification exam in March.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with Aaron and our 4 children: Jacob, Jaden, Grant, and Greta. You may find us engaged in a variety of activities—from working on a construction project for my husband’s business, to driving a tractor on the farm, to gardening, to watching my children playing one of many sports.

BRIANNA COOPER, PT, DPT
My name is Brianna Cooper, and I have been a licensed physical therapist since 2017. I grew up in Sauk Centre and am thrilled to return to my hometown with my husband and 2 boys. After graduating from Sauk Centre High School, I attended South Dakota State University and obtained a B.S. in Exercise Science. I obtained my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Mayo School of Health Sciences.

I have mainly worked in an outpatient setting for the last 6 years, but I have spent some time in the hospital and nursing home setting as well. What I love most about working in rural Minnesota is that I get to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. I enjoy helping people with a variety of conditions and applying all of the skills that I learned in my 7 years of schooling. I have developed a special interest in working with the pediatric population and have been fortunate to have gained lots of experience in this area over the last 6 years. I am looking forward to offering this service to the Sauk Centre area.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Kyle, and my two boys, Graham and Louis. We love to be outdoors whether we are boating, wakeboarding, biking, rollerblading, playing yard games, gardening, or just relaxing around the fire. In the winter you can find us sledding, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, ice skating, or building snow forts whenever the Minnesota weather allows. We are also hoping to do lots of traveling as Kyle recently made a career change and is now a commercial pilot and flight instructor.

I am delighted to be able to raise my family in the town that raised me, and to give back to the community that I grew up in. I look forward to meeting all of you and helping you work toward your health and wellness goals!

FACILITY
Centre Rehab is located in the Oak Street Mall in Sauk Centre MN. We are one block to the west of Highway 71 and next door to the Sauk Centre City Hall. We offer convenient street parking with easy walk-in access to the building with our department right inside the front door.
